Pythia is a cloud based duration simulator that provides estimates of operating list duration.
Pythia uses Monte Carlo simulation and supervised machine learning algorithms to optimise operating list composition.

Seepod - Interactive Database driven CEPOD Theatre Dashboard 
To improve patient flow through non elective surgery and improve patient safety, we developed Seepod as an alternative to paper and whiteboard lists.
SeePod (all stakeholders can 'See' all of the information contained within each patient 'Pod'), provides users with a unique overview of non elective patient activity over the coming 72 hours.
Seepod provides real time information about the overall status of non elective work, whilst also producing a highly detailed dataset about each individual patient's journey.

Anaesthesia Feedback - app based patient feedback portal 
Anaethesia Feedback is a unique app based system for anaesthetists to collect and collate patient survey data for appraisal, revalidation and quality assurance purposes.
Anaesthesia Feedback is available on both Android and IOS platforms via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store respectively.
The methods of inviting feedback include QR code production, card generation or secure messaging using password to access messages.
Patient data is not collected in the feedback process.
Anaesthetists can download summary data PDF for upload to SOAR for appraisal or other purposes.
